Piper Duck to be named new Wallaroo captain today, after Parry’s retirement. Remarkable rise for Duck. 22 and only debuted last year. Quality player but clearly has impressed many with her leadership skills.

A pretty similar side to the one that played Fijian, minus Shannon Parry who has retired, and the return of the European based Wallaroos: Kaitlan Leaney, Arabella McKenzie and Emily Chancellor. Hopefully they get a decent crowd at Kayo Stadium, it’s a shame Ballymore lighting wasn’t ready in time to open that new facility.
