I had this conversation with my dad, they are both great attackers and demon defenders, it comes down to who will get injured first!

I'm looking forward to Super rugby feeling like a proper footy season, rather than the sprint it has been up until now. The conferences are going to be great and the finals set up too. I can't wait.

perhaps simultaneously. they'll collide so forcefully they'll both be broken after.

More games. The best rugby comp in the world. Always over before it got warmed up. Can't wait!!!

I don't care what Australian teams do well just hope we get some up there where it counts

Am I the only one not yet convinced with the new format? I like seeing the NZ v AUS or SA V NZ games more than a local country derby games that will be more of. I obviously refer to the games when your team is not playing.

Still keen as hell for it to start though!!

More games... that's it for me. I'm just stoked to have more rugby being played. I like the idea of the conference system, I think (hope) it will make the local derbies a bit less dour. Also, I don't have Fox so I have to go to my local RSL (3 minute walk) to watch the games, a valid excuse if there ever was one.

Continuation of the rise of the Reds and Horwill back on the park. Also to get a good look at some of the upcomming talent that is being raved about in Sydney and Brisbane.

I'm counting down the minutes until Friday and reading form looking for an early upset to tip. The rest of my family are unimpressed as it means no one else gets to watch tv for next few months on weekends. go crusaders!And reds I'm going to watch the force game on Sunday

With the trial games played on a Thursday last week, I wonder if they should have the programming for next year to include a game played on a Thursday on most weeks?

It'll help to cater for short term withdrawal symptoms for having no games played between Monday (sometimes Sunday) to Thursday...and Fox Sports would be happy to telecast a match on that day given league will take up too much resources on the weekend later on in the season.

Also for some teams travelling after that to South Africa or vice versa an extra day to recover from jet lag will definitely help...

But the flip side would be that some teams might have to play games only 5 or possibly 4 days apart
