Western Force v Lions, Saturday, 28 June @ Optus Stadium 8pm AEST

Heavyd

John Solomon (38)
Force will go with them for the first 40 then forward bench depth will see plenty of late Lions points. I hope the Force play their expansive wide game and run it from everywhere. Finn Russell is very similar to Damien Mackenzie, when they are on they are almost untouchable. But put under some pressure, they are capable of having a shocker. Think D Mac against the Waratahs. If that pressure can be applied, anything can happen!

I think this will be the case with most super rugby teams.

It should be considered a minor win if you are ahead at half time and even more so if you are still within 7 at the 60 minute mark but competing with a test team is probably a bit too much.

Lions to win 39-17

Score should be 60-12 sort of thing. If the force compete it's a massive effort. This lions team tonight is elite and lots of this team will start against the wallabies

Is Beirne afraid of playing the Wallabies? He's asking to be dropped from the squad with his ruck work this first 10 minutes
