Western Force v Lions, Saturday, 28 June @ Optus Stadium 8pm AEST

The only bloke putting his hand up is Pietsch I reckon.
Grealy did as well, though from too far out to make a difference. Swain also kept up his excellent lineout work and given the strength of the scrum Robertson has kept himself in the conversation.

Donaldson was probably neutral given he was out of position, but CdC and White probably just lost their squad spots.

The boys getting lions jerseys. How good. That memorable for these lads

Actually class from smith to give his to grealy. Obviously thought he had a good game

As long as those big forwards have plenty of mobility. From what the Lions displayed tonight Big Willy will be a big liability for the Wallabies.
I completely disagree. Did the Force forwards get over the gainline once? Its easy to dominate the ruck when you are that physically dominant.

Men verse boys. We learnt nothing.

Force showed the lions scrum and lineout is vulnerable. The lions scored most the trys off counter attack and the fact the force were out of position as it was a B team who didn't gell well at all. This team has a lot of players who will start against wallabies. Wallabies should smash the lions

Upthemaroon!

I kinda expected it to be bad, but not this bad to be honest. Last Lions tour the first club game in South Africa ended in similar numbers and they were playing mostly Currie Cup players.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. The lions came to play champagne rugby, not little creatures rugby. They were lethal on counter and offloading.

Force have set the standard for our soup teams - more than 1 try and less than 50 put on them.

Not so sure about CdC, but he is surely still behind Gleeson in the pecking order.

I think BPA also played himself out of the squad. His form all year has been poor, and he would really be about 6 or 7 in line as far as Hookers are concerned.

Shame about BPA. He was really great way back in that France tour before he left.

It'll all depend on the alternatives playing better in their opportunities, but for a guy like CdC to have a chance at a wallabies Jersey against the Lions he had to star tonight, instead he was largely anonymous.

BPA didn't do his chances any favours, but you can't play yourself out of a squad you're not in. The strength of the scrum is probably his saving grace though, alongside his experience with the side. I can't see him knocking any of the current 3 out of the squad, but I do think he'll still be the emergency pick in the case of injury.
