Franklin looks fit and mobile at training this week.
A good experienced tall (200cm) - needed while Rodda continues along the road to recovery from his niggling foot injury.

Additional comment:
I was impressed to see/meet Mike Cron - the NZ Scrum guru - acting as a scrum consultant on Tuesday's training.
He's evidently working with the coaches/forwards for the coming week and is also involved with ongoing scrum mentoring with WF/RugbyWA scum coaches via Zoom meetings.

PS. Have added the video interview with Mike Cron to the above.

any word on these contract values and where they are getting the funding from? Any new sponsorships? Or just pure Twiggy.

Great stuff regardless.

One of very few players who on their day is undefendable': Force close in on former Wallabies wrecking ball

Six years after equalling the Australian record for the most tries in a single Super Rugby season, wrecking ball Taqele Naiyaravoro has made the first steps towards a return to the competition.

The Roar can reveal the giant winger is currently on a train-and-trial contact with the Western Force, with coach Simon Cron keen to add another weapon out wide before the season starts next month.

Naiyaravoro, 32, left Cron and the Waratahs at the end of the 2018 season to join Northampton Saints in the English Premiership.

The Force are looking to sign their 2nd winger/prop in Taqele Naiyaravoro.
They're in need of wingers so it doesn't surprise that they're interested. Must be a few injuries to overcome if it's only train and trial though.

I see Nic White has gone under the knife. Anyone know what the deal is?
