Force should look to sign Tom Staniforth from the Brumbies and chase a 10 and a bollocking winger. absolute Rort that Brumbies snagged Jooste. If you got a decent backs coach in with the new HC maybe Digby Ioane?

You've had to put up with Marcel Brache for so long, he's like playing with a red card from the first minute.
It's a shame that it's kind of a drag for players to move to Perth, kind of hoses down the opportunity to sign the odd league player.

also worth mentioning is that the Force seem to fight the good fight and stay in touch with most teams in the first 50 minutes of everymatch and as soon as the bench comes on: RIP. leaks like a sieve, attack turns to goop. So it's more of a depth issue than talent in the end.

What about Masirewa, he'd bee on a 2 year development contract so should be around in 2017. Hasn't quite delivered like I thought he might :(

Got an email from Mark Sinderberry this evening, as I'm sure all other members did, hinting at some changes in the club in the coming weeks. I'll be interested to see what those are, but he did mention that the ARU is committed to the health of the club in the long term. We'll see I guess.

Gave it some thought, The force could do worse than chase Dave McDuling and Lachie Turner. The Rebels have a huge surplus of talented backline options that surely are itching for some game time. Cam Crawford, Dom Shipperly and Tamati Ellison are all of contract in 2017.

Didn't know lachie had been picked up by exeter, I thought he just had that short stint with Toulon. Surely Mcduling would rather be in Aus he hasn't played a single minute of rugby for Durban this season

Millar to Highlanders, Godwin to the Brumbies. Expect anyone off contract to go besides maybe Cottrell, Morahan and probably Heath Tessmann. Hard for the club to sign anyone while the transition of ownership is happening.

I also think we'll have an entirely new coaching staff next season.

Is that confirmed or just speculation re Millar and Godwin?

1. QLD have signed Houston so the Force should be targeting Browning, Shatz etc for more backrow depth (cottrell has not really progressed at #6 this year)

2. NSW have signed Naiyavoro so the Force should be targeting their wingers. Plus the Rebels seem to have a surplus of outside backs that should be targeted.

3. There are probably a lot of players in the 7's squad that will be looking for a change after the Olympics so the Force should target some of these.

4. It would be nice if the Force managed to lure some overseas players back. Longbottom, Timani, Pyle etc.

Of course all these things won't happen with no money. If the Force had a higher salary cap (living away from home allowance) then they could attract these players with more game time and more money.
