Still he's only 22 so he can still realise that potential. New environment at the Force, sunny pre preseason over here could be just what he needs. I'm happy to take a risk on a player with upside potential rather than a journeyman plodder.

Paddy Dellit is in great form in the NRC though!

Paddy was a Force rising star in his first season and then lost the plot. I think what he may be lacking is...I think the word is talent!

I agree. As an Easts fan I've watched him play a lot of footy.

When he's in his best form, he holds his own at Super Rugby level (which is no mean feat really).

He was certainly never going to set the world on fire though.

Nemani has been fairly quiet for BoP. Nikoro, if he stays injury free, could prove to be a handy acquisition.

Hopefully they are utilized better than Nalaga was.

I think our players now and our ball movement out to the wings is a bit better than it was when Nalaga was here.

Did I read somewhere that Cummins was coming back after the Japanese season? Or was that just my crazy dreams?

Not sure on Cummins' availability for the RWC; I'd assume that his playing for the Force is likely next year, but his playing for the Wallabies is unlikely.

Shame, IMO he's the only other International grade specialist winger we have aside from the untested Speight and perhaps JOC (James O'Connor).

Very good inclusions. Will be watching their progress with interest.

It's up to the ARU really. Technically he will have played in the Super Rugby that year (if he comes back), which is what you need to be eligible. His Japan club is obliged to release him for international duties until IRB regulations. I guess it depends on who is fit and available. As much as I love Cummins, a fit and in form combination of Speight and JOC (James O'Connor) is hard to argue against. There are other players who might come into consideration like K.Hunt. I'm not convinced about Joe Tomane yet, but he would be the goods when in form.

If he plays Super I believe he will be eligible for the Wallabies (if considered good enough to be selected). I think Luke Burgess set the precedent a couple of years ago.

Leyds back permanently at Stormers/WP
http://www.sport24.co.za/Rugby/Super15/Leyds-heading-back-to-WP-20140319
WP Rugby CEO, Rob Wagner, confirmed that Leyds will return to Cape Town at the conclusion of this year's Super Rugby competition and will be available for WP in the Currie Cup.

His contract will extend until the end of the 2015 season.

"Dillyn is heading back to the Stormers. I think it was in any case a good move for him to go to Australia, as the time spent out of his comfort zone would have made him more mature," Wagner
