I know its fashionable for NSW people to look like dorks, but surely the DT craze has gone out the window, Burgess and Mumm in there DT outfits at Bondi, undoubtedly Berrick Barnes was in his DT's somewhere as well. Nick Cummins looks like he is trialling to become a tah as well.

Surely that's the Wobblies? I can see QC (Quade Cooper) and Rocky as well as Cummins and isnt that Robbie at the far end?

I don't see anything wrong with some eccentric bathers when your down at the beach with your mates from your rugby team.

I'm sure the ABs wouldn't be much different and the only reason the Springboks would be would be their age.

Riddler - yes, it the Wobbs. But only the Tahs are wearing the smugglers.

It's for charity, though, isn't it?

Don't the Wallabies stay at the Coogee Crowne Plaza in Sydney? And didn't the Waratahs have some shameful budgie smuggling youtube clip out earlier in the year? This one - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epNBy7oLwyQ

Think that fundraiser must be coming around again - or maybe they just really enjoy smuggling?

There was a time, when the Ellas were still at school, that no self respecting rugby player would have gone to the beach in anything else. Wearing those boardie things would have got you labelled as something else entirely. Now speedos are an object of derision. Well I've probably only got 20 years to wait till the return of good sense and streamlined swimmers that don't drag through the water. A return to female swimwear of the 70's would also be appreciated.

I wore speedos until about 3 or 4 years ago. My wife just said that basically I was grossing her out. So now I have speedo shorty things. I'm looking forward to the return in fashion, too.

Looks like Pocock is sporting them in the first photo as well... Certainly not just the Tah boys!!
