At the moment Saracens are saying they won't be releasing players so no release of Will but what they say and what happens once the other clubs start getting together. I think the other clubs will push for players to be released
The storm got stripped of theirs but arrogantly still celebrate them.

The points and impact on reputation may hurt them more. As will the possibility that they will have to adjust their squad to fit under the cap.
They don't have in their competition rules the ability to strip them of their previous titles like they did with the Storm, which is unfortunate as the cups they won are really tainted now.
The other clubs are pretty angry with some floating not playing Saracens if the rulings are not upheld. I can understand some of anger with some clubs having to release players they couldn't fit under the cap, yet Saracens sweeping up so much top talent. Not a good look for the comp and English Rugby in general. I've got to say I've always wondered at the name of the club too.

Uh... NOT "literally" one train ride for many people. From Central, the SFS will still be a 20-25 minute walk. Hopefully the light rail isn't shit - I'm happy to take the Metro to Chatswood and then light rail from the city once that utter debacle sorts itself out.
Bitching about a 30 minute train ride + 10 minute walk to the best rugby stadium currently in Sydney (BankWest) is absolute peak Sydney Rugby supporter. Yeah, dedicated buses would make it easier, but it'll be a better viewing experience than the fucking SCG.
The mental midget who thought playing 3 of the bigger games at the SCG was good marketing after last year's shitfight also needs shooting into the sun.

I wasn’t aware parra is a 30 minute train ride for everyone in Sydney? Sure as fuck isn’t for me
And if it’s taking you 25 mins to walk from central to the stadium I’ve got serious concerns for your health, I did it in 15 the other week
I also think playing games at the SCG is trash but very much looking forward to the SFS being reopened

Yeah, the 10 minute easy walk from Parramatta station ,( not up a 45 degree angle 20 minutre walk up a hill to the SFS) has heaps of nice restaurants and bars along the way. Free shuttle buses from the station also if you want to get straight there. It's a top spot to watch rugby, and the fact that the SFS isn't even demolished yet, might be a while until it"s operational.Supporters should get out of their bubble and give it a go.

Stadium is great I’ve been there twice, just the location is a shithole
Will be interesting to see what crowd numbers are like, I imagine 2020 they will be great as people from the West enjoy the novelty of having the tahs play out that way then in following year or two will drop off. Also depends what games they put out there, haven’t seen the draw but I think anything other than tahs v a kiwi side will be a hard sell

That would be good if the SFS was built at, or closer to Central Station ....
There’s a reason why transport planners factor in a 300m walk-up catchment for public transport stations, out to 800m-1000m for major traffic generators/nodes. Suncorp Stadium has 2 train stations and 2 Busway stations within 1km, MCG has 2 train stations and 2 trams stations within 1km.
Conversely SFS has Central Station 1.5-1.8km away.. the new Lightrail Station will certainly help, but its only one station and has significantly less capacity then a heavy rail station.

Congratulations - you've just reminded everyone how self-centred you are, but based on the small sample of your posts I've read so far, I'm less than shocked.
And well done for having a pop at my fitness, but I'm actually talking about rugby fans in general. Its nearly 2km to get up Foveaux Street to the station depending on the gate you're using, and the average person covers 1km every 10 minutes at walking pace. I'm 43 year old prop and do it in about 20 minutes depending on beer loading.
Its all moot of course - as you and others have pointed out, the light rail will solve a few of these problems and buses the rest.
In maybe 5 years.

Sydney has a problem with dumbass planning in general. The buses after any game in the Moore Park precinct are chockers so I'm glad its a downhill walk
