Tempted to give them all 1s as disgraces to our nation, but instead:
Daley - 7 Strong up front and useful round the park, he and Ma'afu were our best
Fainga'a - 5 Pretty meh but TPN showed just how well he threw in the conditions, and worked hard
Ma'afu - 7 He's seriously carrying some junk but he made it work for him. Solid in a front row that demolished Munster early, and good 'round the park
Simmons - 4 High impact. Both times he involved himself.
Mumm - 3/6 That depends whether he was calling the lineouts as expected
Higginbotham - 5 I was disappointed
Hodgson - 5 He secured some ball but was surprisingly effective. In the same positions it would have been Bam and the ball is gone
Brown - 5 He was Brown
Burgess - 5 Worked hard, but a really ordinary night. Besides one that went on the wind the box kick wasn't too bad, but his decision making was meh
Barnes - 3 Great defensively, but like everyone says major disappointment.
Morahan - 3 Played the invisible man
Fainga'a - 3 Disagree with his YC and some penalties but they happened. Like Barnes great defensively, like him let the team down.
McCabe - 4 Morahan's big contender
Davies - -1 Just shit
Turner - 5 Really solid all round but couldn't spark in the wet.
Polota-Nau - 6 by his own standards rusty. One dodgy lineout call but otherwise struggled to adjust. But worked hard and assuming nothing flares up expect him on the bench.
Slipper - 5 By reason of little time. Expected to feature against the Azzuri but could struggle if on TH side
Humphries - 5 Yelled lots, exhorted, may have screamed and shrieked but did little while the ball was moving
McCutcheon - 4 Everywhere doing nothing
Phipps - 4 Made Burgo look a good bet
Giteau - Not used
Hynes - 4 couldn't run out of steam
