Herbert never dominated to the same degree in better Ozzie sides. Gits + Morty are the best 12/13 combo since Horan and Little. Let's put this one to bed. I win :)

Like fuck. Herbert was one of the main guys responsible for getting us RWC99, and absolutely dominated the Lions in the 3rd Test, despite being sent off, and scoring two tries. History doesn't begin with the Brumbies winning the S12 in 2001 you know :)

ok seen as Horan only played 1 game in this decade I'm going to go with Nathan Grey, He was just a hard man who never complained always gave 100% & also cleaned up Richard Hill which probably won us the 2001 Lions series.

We don't have hard graft players like Grey anymore.

Pretty sure that team is (still) called the Battered Savs - just in case they happen to be in your grade?

Don't know most of the other teams names but I'll have a look.

Giteau for me, if he had been left there instead of at 5/8 it could have been more of a landslide. Hes got the right attributes for 12 and was rated as the best player in the world at 12. Grey would be my second, Flatley was really only in the side for his goal kicking.

For results on the board,Nathan Grey. oh how we could do with a 12 like him now.
Yep. Put Grey there in the last 15 to hit it up against the AB's in Sydney this year and the aimless kicks would have not been neccessary. He would have also given Morts a good slappin in the World Cup against England when he said he wanted to go for 3. Utterly pissweak decision with almost 3 mins to go. Put it out and lay the platform with both the forwards and In centre for the try or the droppie.
