Wallaby Inside Backs Headgear Conspiracy

Over the past ten years 4 of the wallabies most capped inside backs Stephen Larkham, Elton Flately, Matt Giteau and Berrick Barnes have all worn headgear.

Total Rugby has unveiled a new story, that the wallabies used speakers within the headgear to communicate with the coaches. I'm not sure if its illegal but im sure it could be quite handy. The headgear was linked up with the backs coach, both flately and larkham definetly used it.

Looks like gits is the current user of the strategy because quade doesn't wear a cap. Apparently it started before eddie jones and larkham's headgear with the radio got blood in it RWC 2003 Final so for the rest of the game he didn't have the radio. He said that maybe contributed to the loss

While this is something most coaches have dreamed of over the years I would expect the repurcussions to be fairly severe should anyone/player/coach be found out.

Of Course that explains why Giteau misses kicks! Because when he takes his headgear off, there is no one to tell him what to aim for.

As Scarfy has quite rightly said, what I think you mean to post is "allegedly".
Speculating about where a player might go next season is one thing, stating as fact that they have been using what would almost certainly be an illegal form of communication during matches is another.
Provide some evidence to back this up, not just reference to someone else wanging on about it elsewhere on the interweb.

With respect this is a crock of shit - Yes the technology exists and the Adelaide Crows used it extensively in training which was publicised at the time, and Eddie Jones loves technology, but it is a slight on Steve Larkham that he need to be "coached" on decision making during games. Flatley retired from the game as a result of concussion issues so there is the reason he wore it, Quade Cooper does not wear it - The only conspiracy I see is who thought to even write that this was taking place - next

I saw this yesterday on Total Rugby on Fox, which is a half hour rugby show that I think comes out of the UK. Players "appeared" to admit to it which surprised me just a tad. But the accusation is genuine, it is not a wind-up. If true it will start a witch hunt.
