I did consider naming this thread Australia A v Wales.

However, we’ve shown that even with almost a whole 23 unavailable we can mix it with the best, and Wales aren’t going great either. Hopefully we can put them to the sword and finish 2022 on a high note.

Whats the likely team, and more importantly who are the officials?

Forced changes this week of:
Valetini
Kellaway
Tupou
Perecki
Paisami

Struth.

You'd also assume (hope) Gordon out for McDermott. Fainga'a too in an ideal world, but the question is whether someone is available.

Fainga'a will start. Ikitau and Petaia will probably swap I'd imagine. Beyond that yeah that's what I'd put out.

Yeah, you're right about both of those - but I hate the thought of rewarding Fainga'a after last match. With Ikitau, he's killing it at 13 and I'd be hesitant to mess with his mojo.

I don't see any reason not to start Donaldson at 10 in this test. After everything else that has gone down, what have we got to lose.

Will Wales also be missing some of their players who play in England?

A handful. And they'll be stinging from the loss on the weekend.

Thanks Georgia.

I agree with Joe Blow, would start Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) and Wright on the wings with Campbell at 15, Gordon, Donaldson and Petaia on the bench, same forwards as Le Cheese but leave out Gleeson for the 5/3 bench
