Israel just knocked a ball on during warm up. It's a good omen!
Who's the guy in the foreground in the pink shirt carrying the Stephen Moore doll in his right hand??

It WAS a shit game skills wise.

I don't think so. The last 20/30 was pretty dire, but so was the ABs first half. Some fantastic skills were shown by the Wobs in the first 50.

NO - TOO MUCH If you're going to comment, don't be a petulant child about it.

Edit: Sorry mods, I didn't know the c word was off limits. My bad.

Well done Wallabies.

A gutsy try by Foley to ultimately seal the test match. He took a battering out there. Well done to him, he's a fighter, but his body isn't going to hold up playing 2nd 5 if tonight is an indication of the tactics they will employ with him there.

The commentators were on the money about Hodge being the best long term prospect there.

Some strange tactics by the Boks. The propensity to kick at the very times when OZ had a disjointed defensive line was the most bizarre.

I liked the endeavour from the Wallabies in attack. Far better than last week - bodies in motion and a bit more speed. But some basic execution was still missing.

Lost count in how many times Folau got caught upright and with the ball above his chest.

A woeful game from SA, the worst they have played this season - and yet the Wobblies only just won - because they were slightly less shit than the Boks.

Its hard to imagine which other teams the Wobblies could beat playing that badly.

Of course the backline looked a bit more cohesive and creative, but that was only because the wobbly forwards were less bad than the Boks.

The only real improvement was the kicking for touch by Hodge, and Genia's kicking before he lost the plot in the last 20 minutes. QC (Quade Cooper) was the usual mixture, DHP looked better - but it was against weaker opposition.

Its very hard to imagine the Wbblies having enough to beat the Pumas, if the Pumas play like they did against the AB's in the first half they will be about 40 points ahead at half time!

The two results certainly seem to confirm the view that the AB's are now better than all comers by a bigger margin than ever, their response to the Pumas in the second half was clinical. It looks like the Wobblies, Pumas and Boks are all much of muchness at the next level down - with the Pumas looking the most improved.

Mate, we won. I know its hard for Wallabies supporters, but try to be positive about it.

QC (Quade Cooper) was pretty good- excellent in that playmaking role, combined with Folau well on a number of occasions

This will be difficult for some on here to consummate, but as a result of that result tonight we have overtaken the boks in the world rankings to be 3rd ✌

Your'e right, he was pretty good at times - but against an impotent Bok side.

I think that not looking at the game in context of how the Boks plays will only raise false expectations and the nunrealistic assessment that anything much has changed since the 5 losses preceeeding this game.

Does anyone seriously think they would have won any of those 5 games with the team tonite?

Sorry! I am just a realistic sort of guy, and there wasnt much to be positive about tonite, sheesh, they tried damn hard to lose that game in the last 10 minutes, that was nerve wracking and anything but positive!
