Don't get me wrong, I completely understand your point and I'm not that naive to ignore what the coach and the rugby public want, which is success.
It doesn't change the fact that I feel a bit miffed around how the squad was pulled together in the first instance, and I don't agree with
some of the selections in the final squad. In fact, I disagree very strongly.
However, after years of moderating threads on this site where every man and his dog has had one tin-foil-hat conspiracy theory of some type or another (some of which ran to lengths that could stretch to Pluto and back), I reckon I'm allowed to have one of my own for a change.
Whether I am right or wrong is irrelevant. It's just my view and I'm entitled to own it.
Let's reconvene after RWC15, and I'll either take my medicine and retreat suitably chastened, or unload a post the likes of which GAGR has never seen before.
Or possibly something in the middle ground. Depends what medication I am on.
