Wallabies v Lions - 3rd Test, Accor Stadium, Saturday 2 August

Shiggins

Michael Lynagh (62)
Lenny had a blinder. I thought his second half probably deserved MoM. We deserved to win this series but the lions didn't deserve to lose it. The refereeing was shocking at times. The knock on debacle shows that.

Proud to see the team get up like that tonight, where previous Wallabies sides would likely have folded.

How good is it to see a Wallabies side physically dominate a team like that? Hooper, Skelton and Tupou put in massive shifts, and Williams really helped seal the game towards the end with some class plays. The whole team stood up in some atrocious conditions and absolutely battered those pasty northern gits.

Lots of players stood up, but Hooper and Wright really impressed me tonight. Hooper one penalty aside had a fantastic game. Wright is just making the right choices. Is looking so solid out back.

Ikitau was just in the midst of it tonight. He really threw him self into some pretty heavy collisions. Tupou also one of his better games this year.

Anyway, so happy for the boys. So much passion and heart on display tonight, but also backed up with some great rugby and a much needed result.
