I think you’re confusing ‘being blown away’ with an intentional effort to abandon the defensive ruck once it’s lost / he hasn’t got the pilf to reload in the defensive line. It is arguably the most effective part of his game

What on earth? No he competes at the ruck (good) and gets blasted away, he's cleaned out off his feet - nothing to do with abandoning the ruck. It's because he's small. It's simple. It's better than Hooper no doubt but we're not maximising our potential with him over a bigger body imo.
