I agree with the intensity bit, but if our whole team was full on guys with great intensity but that made a couple of big defensive errors then we would get smashed everytime.

yeah, I'm not so sure about that.

Besides, I think this team needs a lot of re-building from a mental perspective. I think we need a whole bunch more intense, passionate, do anything for the jersey type guys. FaingaaA is one of those lads.
