Beiber is (I think) bloke that is a bit like Warney. Can be a bit of a dick and a primadonna, but he's winner, through and through, and will pull shit out of nowhere when required.

I've not seen much of him the last few years but he was pure and unadulterated clarse. I'll ignore the Reds stint as he was running on one leg. Can't wait to see him on the field again .

He's also spent the last few years reading everywhere that he's a dick, and having everyone's preconception of him being that too. However, reading Giteau's piece about what he was like at Toulon, I think he's had to change for the better to survive

Sounds like he has been presented with a challenge equal to his ego, which can only be a good thing for someone with that much talent.

I watched a bit of him this year. He is stronger in the midfield. Less flashy and more substance.
Underplaying his hand as opposed to trying to score on every touch, as he used to.

He still has a decent turn of speed.

Pretty sure we saw a better highlights package from Duncan Paiaua. JOC (James O'Connor) looks good in that vid, but guaranteed WB?

Let's just see how it pans out. Best of luck to the bloke.

Ultimately I think JOC (James O'Connor) is fighting it out with Hodge for the bench utility spot with Beale to play 15.

Is there a match thread yet? Sio & Koroibete amongst those sent home. Leaves us light on with wingers - my prediction Hodge to shift.

1. Slipper 2. Fainga'a 3. Ala'alatoa
4. Rodda 5. Arnold
6. Tui 8. Naisarani 7. Hoops
9. White 10. Foley 11. Hodge 12. Kerevi 13. TK 14. DHP 15. Beale

Springboks 'not quite B team'. HUGE challenge for our big men to go toe to toe.
Rodda V Dejager, Arnold V Etzebeth, Tui v Dutoit

RA & RUPA have agreed on Wobs' RWC bonus structure: $25K for making the Final plus $100K for winning it, on top of the usual $10K per match ($12K if not nationally-contracted). Total of $5.5Mn if they go all the way, up from $4.7Mn in 2015.

If they win, Wallabies fans also get Cheika for at least a couple more years!

In the fair dinkum stakes, of course RA would want to hold on to a World Cup winning coach.

I think he said he wouldnt coach longer then 6 years and I think his run his race, I hope he wins the world cup and I will celebrate him for doing that, but I think we need a refresh ?

Although I guess it depends whats available, if Dick Graham is the only candidate I will keep Cheika

In the fair dinkum stakes team Cheika's exit strategy will be leave while your on top and go where the $$$ are.

RA only has $$$ and I bet he doesn't want to share the kingdom or glory with the other Amigos nor have to do more presentations to the Board!

Cheika has said if he wins he will should be entitled to stay on.

I guess it will depend on exactly how it goes down, but if he wins I will probably be inclined to reconsider my view on his coaching.

I raised this as a concern when he signed his latest contract extension. Have to say very few others even saw it as a possibility, declaring Cheika's exit after the RWC as a done deal no matter the result.

It pains me to say it, but I cannot see the Wallabies lifting the Cup this year, so it shouldn't be an issue. But Cheika's attitude is one of entitlement which his record as coach simply does not support.

Wallaby fans do not deserve even the hint of the continuing unsettling affect Cheika would have on Aussie rugby, and RA need to come out strongly and assert that there will be a change of head coach after the RWC no matter what.

Well no, if we win the RWC he has a pretty strong case to stay on regardless of what's in his contract. I also can't see it happening and would also welcome a change, point is he would have a strong argument.
