W9: Force v Highlanders, HBF Park Saturday 22 April

Dismal Pillock

No Afterdavid and the Landers go to pieces.

The Force might actually give a team a hiding here.

Arscott and Mitch Hunt are not up to this level.

Concede a maul penalty near your line? Straight to jail.
Concede a breakdown penalty near your line? Believe it or not, straight to jail.

I've never ever seen someone yellow carded for "side entry" into a fucking tackle. Penalty try as well. And that call was just the icing on a pile of shit from Berry.

Absolute botch job.

Tu'u half-heatedly joins the maul at 36:46, which leads to Berry signalling advantage, presumably on a call from the AR. He makes the tackle at 36:47, with the Force already under advantage.

In saying that, idk what the laws are, but idk how he could've entered any straighter as he was standing on his own line which is where that stuff tends to evaporate.

You guys all just need to remember that the rules of rugby union football are created in the northern hemisphere, after collusive examination by representatives of the home nations as to how said rules can best benefit said nations. The fact that no one else, including the highest paid referees and players in the southern hemisphere, can understand them is merely a by product of that.
