I notice Sean Doyle isn't listed this week, any news on how severe his injury is? Hoping that the Brumbies won't be carrying two opensides with dodgy knees in the squad next year.

Think Arnold has had more presence around the ground (and not just due to his height) than Staniforth when he's had an opportunity. Otherwise, good to see Robbie at 10. Wing is a dangerous position for a little bloke these days with monster backs running at you all game. Just need Moggy to show an interest in the game and to run the ball whenever it is outside his own 20m line. Should have more trust in his ability to make ground with ball in hand, but it will also mean the wingers and a loose forward or two will need to work hard to get back in support. Have been impressed with Niumata in recent games. Really knows how to beat the first couple of tackles and also looks for support.

Will need to win this game if they want to participate in the finals.

Short answer, yes. Has been going great guns in the NRC, but I'm not sure that another back rower is what the Brumbies need. To my mind, we are short at fullback, wing and lock.

I agree we have enough backrowers but I'm of the opinion Tim's better then most of them.. It's such a shame, in a pack full of Brumbies his been the leader.

Do you think he could be a super 2nd row.. He'd towel up Smiler, Staniforth and Arnold there on NRC form

In open play yes. But would he be effective at the lineout? With Aeulua and Pocock in the back row, we will need a jumping lock to partner Sam.

In the backs, halfback Josh Holmes returns in place of Matt Lucas. Brian Sefanaia is promoted to 12 for Tom Matthews who goes to the bench, and Josh Holmes comes into the side, starting on the wing.

Good move by the Rays starting Lewis at THP , He moved up from Canberra to join the MMM's as a LHP/Hooker , At least he will be able to play the whole game if needed?

Looking for Robbie Coleman to set the backline alight this weekend. Think this is a good move. A lot more experience in the playmaker role, and Robbie's defense is better than Thompson's has been in the past few weeks.

What's the story with Taliauli? Big winger who carved the defense up a few weeks ago but missing since. Injured?
