Very sad to see Vickerman bow out like this. I wonder whether he has any regrets at having cut his international career short - the rest of our non-playing life is a long long time.

He played a few games of inter-college rugby at Cambridge as well!

Undoubtedly testament to everything we love to see in a player. Hard, uncompromising, professional on and off the field. Thorn-like. Both the Tahs and Wallabies have been the poorer for his absence this year.

Many fond memories & certainly his efforts in Brisbane against the ABs last year is one for Dan & us to savour.
