Argh! Why go blindside?! Just keep the maul going for as long as possible then grind your way forward, and into centre field, then slot a drop goal from out in front to go ahead by eight with 2/3 minutes remaining.....

Chiefs receive penalty 5 metres out from defensive line just before the hooter. Kicked to touch, need to go 70 metres from line out.

If I were the Argentinian National coach I’d be a bit worried

Isn’t that essentially their national team and they only just beat the chiefs?

Thought Chiefs lost a lot of direction when Aussie Jack and Weber went off. The Chiefs backline was well contained in the 2nd half. Lack of direction compounded by simple fuck ups by reserve hooker and I think Retallick was particularly off form with at least three knock ons I saw.

They have a handful of European based guys that will be joining the Pumas squad for the world cup, which will improve their side in some key areas - especially the scrum which was their main weakness against the Chiefs. And Sanchez (their starting 10), who's now playing in France will be there too.

That said, the Chiefs are a very good side who had been in great form going into the match and I don't think there's many test teams (or any really) that would beat them easily.

On that showing, I am disappointed the Chiefs lost. I think they would have been the easier side to beat next week, assuming the Brumbies get over the Sharks tonight. The second half in particular was not high quality stuff from the Chiefs.

Lol BR and of course it would of been a home game if Chiefs lost, and now the winner tonight goes to Argentina!!
