Un-Australian Activities 2018

Blues vs Sharks was just totally perplexing. The Sharks have been awful on tour (and at home) and the Blues have looked to have some potential this year. So I tip the Blues by a few and get totally blown away. The closest tipper (1) on Superbru said Sharks by 15 - a full eight points out. Not one person got close to the margin.

If they were horses the stewards would have swabbed both teams and had a full-scale enquiry running.

Jaco rapidly becoming every CruSadists fans favorite Sethfricken, first he RC'd Kwagga in the Final last year then last night only penalised Bridge when he'd have been within the protocol to give a YC. Crowd even more furious when Lions fucked up the lineout drive.

That said I thought both the "forward pass" calls in the first half were a little questionable so maybe he owed us.

I like the look of Jackson Hemopo. Big engine and good impact on him. Nothing flash about him but he get's through a lot of work.

Well it doesn't get any easier for the Stormers who play the Lions at Ellis Park this weekend before a bye. Thereafter the Sharks away again.

They will have played 6 games away and only 3 at home by then. They can't seem to buy a win away from home so it looks like a long season ahead.

How do you fuckers make players like Ta'avao and Lousi look good? It shits me to tears. I mean, all that investment in mediocrity at the Tahs is for nought. You Kiwis are so passive aggressive.

Louis's improvement seems to have coincided with him dropping some weight & upping his work-rate, not sure about Ta'avao other than maybe he realised this was his last shot at a pro footy career outside of France D2 or sub-Prem in England. In both cases they're one of several guys competing for the same squad spot so maybe that's a factor, too.
