Assuming the final will be ACT v NSW

Will be a cracker. 2 point game last time with a shot on the bell to decide it. Tahs look like a better side than round 1.

Fair bit of latitude being allowed to the Brumbies here.
Excellent win by the Brumbies. They are clearly the best side of the comp. Heaps of talent and very well coached.
Brumbies showed some really good smarts at the end. Sailed close to the wind but got away with it. Excellent game from both teams, panels ahead of the Reds v Waratahs game 2 weeks ago, great to see the improvement in such a short time.

Must agree with an earlier comment that that was the best the Reds U19s looked but the Brumbies bench got the job done.

Angus Staniforth is a real star. Seems to get better with every outing.

The Reds No 14 also looks a top prospect.

Not much mention in any of the threads about Cullen Grey at 10 for the Brumbies. He is cool as a cucumber, has an excellent step when required, offloads in tackles and is a proficient goal kicker. Pretty much a typical all round excellent No 10 in the NZ mould.

He seems a clone of Noah tbh even built like him.

The way the Brumbies pack picked their moments in the last 15 mins was very mature. Some could have been penalties but they took an educated chance.

Comes from Central West NSW, so it must be so.

I thought when Harley rolled from the field of play and into the in goal with the ball he was gone for sure - but he got away with it so kudos to him for it.

Sone very big boys amongst the props coming through. It’ll be interesting to see in 3-5 years how many have kicked on.

Yeah that one was close and probably got away with it.

The chat from the Brumbies seemed very loud and positive I don’t know what impact it has on a ref but they were selling turnovers and bang 2 seconds later the arm was up.

Has Ropata been injured?

Played with the Aus U20s at the JWC and 1st grade all year for Southern Districts. You’d think he’d be a starter if fit.

NSW look a lot better than the start of the season and the backline has some rhythm.

Rising side v the Consistent in the 19s

Think the 16s might not be such a good game. NSW better not relax though.
