Since when was 13 an Outside Back ??
9- 10-12-13 Inside
11-15-14 Outside.

Always has been, always will. So I won't need to nominate Jean deVilliers at 13.. yet.

Yes i am a prop and lock. I have however played rugby in the outside backs and always regarded 13 as an outside back as they are usually runners whereas inside backs are usually organisers / distributors.

No shit.. well, it seems the majority of the web material agrees with you.

Having played Fullback all my life and having completed the NZRU lvl 2 Coaching Cert.. I have never had the 13 come and run drills with the "outside backs"... I may have just assumed that the Back Three and OBs were interchangeable,

I guess my Jean DeVilliers vote will stick then.
