I'll be at the Geelong trial game.
However, while that offer of flights and accomodation in Sydney was tempting, I must sadly decline; I readily confess my body should never really be seen in public full stop, let alone uncovered.
And glitter thongs don't really match my complexion, even if it is in an uninhibited orgy of self-awareness and hedonism.

Beale 'super keen' for action

Wallabies star Kurtley Beale will play his first match of the year when he starts at five-eighth for the Melbourne Rebels in Saturday's Super Rugby trial against the Hurricanes in Geelong.
After a gruelling 2012 campaign when he trained and played for 43 successive weeks, Beale was rested from last Saturday's trial game against the Waratahs in Hobart.
The Rebels could have given him another week off ahead of next week's Super Rugby season opener at home to the Western Force.
But with Beale insisting on Wednesday he was "super keen" to play in the game at Simonds Stadium, coach Damien Hill slotted him into the starting line-up.
"Kurtley just wants to play," said Hill.
"He was very keen to do so in Tasmania, and he has done extremely well to put himself in the best physical condition for his teammates for this 2013 season.
"There are so many positions on the line we will need to assess before we announce the run-on side for the Western Force match in February.
"There are very few positions that are currently locked away.
"Many players who weren't seen as starters in 2012 are very close with the off-season they have had and the form they showed against the Waratahs last week."
Marquee recruit Scott Higginbotham is still unavailable due to the shoulder injury he sustained playing for Australia against Wales late last year.
"Scott is not there yet, although he is close," said Hill.
"Back-row is another area where we will have to make some tough decisions. We won't know how that dynamic will look until the end of the match."

Former Crusader Ben Franks will make his Hurricanes debut as the squad's All Blacks trickle into action against the Melbourne Rebels in Geelong on Saturday.
Franks will start at loose head prop for his new franchise alongside European tour teammate Dane Coles, with rookie Eric Sione at tighthead prop.
Franks and Coles are joined in the starting XV for the pre-season match by All Blacks No 8 Victor Vito, while wing Julian Savea and first five-eighth Beauden Barrett are in the reserves.
Captain Conrad Smith will not make the trip as he eases back into action following an extensive workload last year.
Other features of the team named by coach Mark Hammett are the return of openside Ardie Savea, who missed last week's 27-26 win over the Crusaders with a toe injury.
Savea starts in the No 7 jersey with Faifili Levave and Vito completing the loose trio.
Loose forward Karl Lowe is free of his knee problems and joins halfback TJ Perenara, on the comeback trail from his broken ankle, in the reserves.
Centre Alapati Leiua (hamstring), loose forwards Brad Shields and Jack Lam (both knee), halfback Samisoni Fisilau (hamstring), and hooker Motu Motu'u (pectoral) were not considered due to injury.

Must have been about 2-3 thousand, I guess.
I was kinda surprised by the number of Kiwi's in the crowd, but then I realised Geelong is a low socio-economic area with high unemployment, so it must be like a magnet well done to them for coming out and supporting their team. 
Well done to both teams for walking the fenceline post-game until just about everyone who wanted a photo or autograph got one.
