Just listened to the podcast. Rocky was fairly damning of the Deans era S&C and pretty much laid the blaim of our current woes on the fact that because our conditioning program is so poor we can't keep enough of our superstars fit to be competitive and sympathised with Link that he now is wearing the consequences of those years.

Pretty interesting stuff.
