I've finally found an easy way to reorder the cells for the spreadsheets but does anyone know a way to remove the numbers from a cell easily?

Article on the Force posted about half an hour ago.

Prop Pek Cowan will captain the Force for the second time this season after coach Michael Foley opted to play it safe with Hodgson's minor hamstring strain.
The openside flanker stayed in Perth for an extra two days before flying to Brisbane on Friday but former Waratah Chris Alcock, who has made a strong impression this season, will start in his place in the back-row.
It's one of two changes to the starting team which led the Bulls until late in Pretoria before falling 36-26 in a gutsy display.
Wallabies winger Nick Cummins (knee) has been replaced by Pat Dellitt, while Phoenix Battye comes in for reserve lock Sam Wykes (ankle) on the bench.
Brisbane-born back Junior Rasolea also returns to the Force bench, alongside scrumhalf Mick Snowden and midfielder Jayden Hayward in a traditional 4-3 forwards-backs split.
Wallabies back-rower Ben McCalman remains on the bench with Richard Brown and Angus Cottrell preferred.
Coming off a bye, Foley is hoping his side can continue to make their disastrous loss to the fledgling Kings in Port Elizabeth a distant memory.
"We have used the bye week to emphasise the lessons we've learnt from the first three games and recognise the challenge in continuing to grow as a team and develop our game against the Reds," he said.

Are you talking about Excel? Sorry, don't understand the context of your question.
