Anyone else like the look of Vicks? Had some good physical touches, looked very encouraging once he starts to regain fitness. But how fucking pasty was he? 3 years in Pommy land does that to you?

I'm pretty pissed off the Blues have 24 hours on us. Will probably be a Friday night game too? Don't give us a good chance next week dependant on injuries.

We might not play the blues. Pretty sure if either the Shorks or Bulls get a bonus point win tonight, we'll play the Stormers in Cape town.

Maybe wait til you know what the fixture is before you enter your tips.

If the Stormers win they're 2nd. The Bulls/Sharks game doesn't affect the Stormers.

In fact the Crusaders are the most likely. Bulls win = we're 6th and they're 5th. They have more wins. 3v6 4v5

Brumbies may as well stayed home. My opinion brumbies gave the tars a win with bonus point to make sure they made the finals.

Fair. I forgot that the stormers still have o play tonight.
My point remains though, there are still 3 teams we could play next week.

Vicks could have run on, rolled his ankle and limped off and you would have still jizzed yourself.

Have to say he did pretty well considering how long he's been gone, whether he gets fitness up to playing 80m for the WC I don't know but I think the chances are better than I thought after watching him tonight

Mentally he's ready, which is huge coming into the finals. I player with his instincts and determination we'll be a great injection off the bench.

You're right though that he wasn't as imposing after his first five minutes. I've been skeptical of his abilty to return to form but I think I have to agree with qwerty51 that he looks ready to play.
