I really liked Carter's game. Made some inroads into the Chiefs defence without any fear or love of his body. Admirable stuff.

1. Robinson - great when he was on.

The backs were poor.

Couldn't give TPN more than 1 really. Great commitment and he is a talisman for the Tahs but why oh why didn't Hickey take him off? Agree with Bruce too about the gameplan, or lack thereof. Wtf is plan A, let alone plan B?

Honourable mentions to Beale and Pakalani

TPN - epic as always
TOM 'ROCKABILLY' CARTER - epic as always
MOWEN - i was drunk, but thought he had a fantastic defensive game.

the last three weeks the tahs have had three different backlines, i think its showed, i dont think berrick was right last week and it looked like they were adjusting rather than on there game this week.

i was sitting in the area that the dont kick the ball chant came from, which i thought was hillarious, the chiefs were playing well and had the tahs under all sorts of pressure, drew has the ball with one support for a ruck and three chiefs guys on him, he kicks and they boo, perhaps they wanted a turnover or penalty 25 metres back from where drew put it out, but it just reaked of people that didnt understand burkeys article and continue to comment on crap they dont know about.

1. Waugh. The Tahs really do fall apart when he comes off. Why can't they adjust a game plan mid-half, or lift intensity when it matters?

I honestly can't believe the love for TPN in this game. He did a few good things but limped around most of the game and made no impact in defence because he was standing on the wing most of the time.

1. Beale

I watched TPN for the game and was surprised he stayed for 80. He walked a lot, did not get involved as much as he should. Did a few good things and missed a few tackles he should have made. Cannot believe the froth from an 80 minute perspective. Tahs scrum went well with Robo, TPN and Kepu. Reckon Mitchell was a standout

I'd like to put down TPN, but I'm thinking his self destructive style may do him in at great detriment to himself, the 'tahs and the wallabies.

Hons: Mitchell, Carter, Pakalani all deserved points, would have loved to give them to them. Robinson had to get one because his scrummaging set the tone and established dominance early. Kepu, Burgo and Beale also all good though I definitely prefer KB (Kurtley Beale) at fullback. I thought Mumm had an improved game particularly in tight which is where he's meant to be, but then it's indicative of something closer to 'good', instead of shit. The 'Demented Dwarf' (Waugh) was irreplaceable as usual.

3. Mitchell. Made yards every time he had the ball, even in traffic
2. Kepu. Wrong side of the scrum for him and he was still strong.
1. Carter. Did his job with purpose and committment.

Honorable mentions to Beale, who led well but kicked too often and Pakalani who was not perfect all night but did a couple of brilliant runs and looked like he could grow into the role.

Burgess takes the prize for aimless kicking - he needs to be told to stop kicking unless circumstances are desperate. He just gave the ball to the Chiefs back three, which is madness, or kicked out on the full.

Dishonorable mention to Hickey, who proved yet again he will play people injured without a thought for their welfare and doesn't trust the reserves (particularly Fitzpatrick, who was very good last week) to do the job. The man is not a coach's bootlace.

Agree 100%, thought I was watching a different game on Saturday to the fox comentators. TPN did do a few things well but was out on the wing for most of the 2nd half.
Tom Carter had his best game, Mowen was good and was the front row.
