What’s going on this weekend! Council closing grounds is recking havoc:
- Mosman and Blue Mountains postponed;
- Blacktown and Beecroft postponed;
- Canterbury forfeiting;
- Raptors forfeiting at home…

Indeed - not sure what kind of shape Lapstone is in but I know from talking to a couple of clubs that they've put the hard word on their local council.

Hearing very strong rumours that one club, that features prominently here, are not being perturbed by the recent spate of penalties against players and clubs for dual registrations/personalities. They previous changed the spelling of a players name to allow him to play, knowing he was registered elsewhere. And could have more players in the same/similar boats.
I bet this one doesn't make it to the Thursday list.

Played Menai a couple of times in 2018. Big, strong, fast. A few league guys I think, so while their scrum wasn't much to look at
they can score from anywhere so it doesn't matter. Will take some stopping - tho they've had some close ones.R1 - 33-24 v Burraneer
R5 - 20-13 v North Cronulla
R7 - 15-7 v Irish
R9 - 17-12 v Burraneer
Maybe Sydney Irish can strangle them with a good possession/territoy game?

Harbour are a good side - and usually they've got a fresh bench to finish things off, as their "2nd Grade" being Easts guys don't back up for them directly, as I understand it. So when I talk about Harbour, I'm really just talking about their First Grade.
They have dealt fairly easily with everyone in Div 4-6 (only loss is to Redfield last year by a point), and their player quality is more like Div 2 IMHO.
Yet if they're not going to have more than 2 of their own teams, and a Colts cohort, it is a question of where they sit in Subbies land.
Just winning the trophy every year is great, but what is the long-term plan?

Updated teamlists... Let's hope the player was released from their other club.... Not sure why you'd change the name then.
Is the club in question in contention for finals? Would be good to know who.
