I must admit though - I prefer that it was yellow in the game and suspension afterwards. I’d prefer that approach, even if it means the after game suspensions are a bit longer. Or maybe; as some have suggested previously the offending player is removed, but can be replaced after 10.
Red cards to remain as is for high range offences (although I guess that in many cases shoulder charge to the head should be considered high range).
