The great Afferbeck Lauder would be proud of the 'Tahs place at this point of time.

The mystery man Tizzano is in, which is good news.

DRUA (1-15): Jone Koroiduadua, Tevita Ikanivere, Samuela Tawake, Isoa Nasilasila, Te Ahiwaru Cirikidaveta, Meli Derenalagi, Kitione Salawa, Nemani Nagusa (c), Simione Kuruvoli, Baden Kerr, Vinaya Habosi, Kalaveti Ravouvou, Apisalome Vota, Kitione Ratu, Selesitino Ravutaumada

RESERVES: Mesulame Dolokoto, Timoci Sauvoli, Manasa Saulo, Viliame Rarasea, Vilive Miramira, Peni Matawalu, Caleb Muntz, Onisi Ratave

Looking forward to seeing Muntz. Have heard good things and Fiji rugby are desperate to unearth a quality ten to replace Volavola in the test team

Ramm not in the 23, which seems a surprise. Happy to see Newsome take the opportunity at 15, he'll need to be more than solid to beat off the challenge from Ramm and maybe Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) later in the season.

I was not a fan of Newsome as starting but in the trial against the reds he looked good
The Newsome over Ramm @15 is an interesting decision

Are "left flanker" and "right flanker" back-to-the-future terms?

Mate if you not going to approach this game with optimism, time to give up! ;) :D

I mean it's the Drua's first game of Super rugby and the Tahs are undefeated in the comp so far this year!:)

More about optimism for the tahs performance. Don’t expect it to happen overnight but feel tahs may be back on the road to win back their fans/supporters. Can’t believe where we got to and yes the stadium rebuild came at the worse time for the nomad tahs but also no point looking back.

If we can fix our defence (and the trials made it look like we could) then we can challenge anyone. We scored quite well against most if not all teams last season. We just need to stop letting teams out-score us. Keep playing until the final whistle with tails up. Never drooping the shoulders. Just as the players did last year. I still have hope. I still believe.

As long as we don't play a lot of rugby we should be OK

Turnovers and loose play will be death

Kick it into the stands, maul, maul, pick and drive, kick it into the stands

Repeat
