He is a classic example of a guy who has so much natural talent that he never actually had to consciously think about the game much. I tend to think undersized players or those with a weakness they had to work around make better coaches for that reason.

Rob Penney comments during the week about Darren Coleman and the coaching position I thought were very condescending. It’s like I should be be on a pedestal and they shot me down so they will shoot you as well. Perhaps he’s not the coach he thinks he is after tonight’s performance. Well done Waratahs especially as they were very ordinary last week. How bad is Sonny Bill as a commentator, he makes no sense .
