Thanks, Admin.
Force started very well out of the block and are again dominating lineouts. But giving away heaps of penalties and the Drua are now looking sharpe and have scored two good tries in a matter of minutes.
It was a trial............
On a more positive note:
+ Good to see tries to ex WASPS lads Kibirige and Spink and Academy Hooker Marley Pearce.
+ Ex Worcester SH Gareth Simpson had another good run.
+ Enjoyed watching Sifa Amone get some game time.
+ The Locks did a fairly good job.
+ Ian Prior seems to have a new lease of life
+ Quite happy with the leadership of Wells.
+ Pleasing to see the WF consistently get over the gain line
+ Enjoyed to some glimpses on inovative attack strategies.
+ Young group of players (Av age 24.5 yo). I think the youngest the WF has had.
+ Encouraging hit out. Good crowd. Enjoyed the trial match.
+ Have just watched the game again.
+For all sorts of reasons the WF:
- were down 14 - 29 at half time.
- were down 14 - 34 at 49 minutes
- were down 24 - 41 at 68 minutes
- faught back to 38 - 41 with <3 mins to play (as highlighted by RR)
- only to go down 38 - 48 at FT.
+ WF 24 - 19 FD in 2nd half.
+ Can anybody explain to me why it was OK for the FD #29 to dive over the ruck to score a try but not OK for WF Felix Kalapu???
