Sneak preview of tomorrows announcement:
The Super Rugby 2025 Competition Format is as follows: all the teams bar one will put on a brave face under the guises of "competitive" and "competition" and "competitiveness".
They will toil away in a participatory fashion. Bit of exercise for the lads, bit of blood through the legs, good for the circulation.
We thank these teams for their participation, your presence is valued.
However, there is 1 other opponent some of you may encounter over the course of the season.
When pitted against this opponent it is VITAL that you please endeavor to remain as still as possible. Any sudden movements will only serve to delay the inevitable. Let's not make this any more painful than it has to be.
