Come now. That is most unbecoming.

This is the Crusaders we are talking about. The Canterbury Crusaders. The team that represents the mighty Canterbury region and the Nelson metropolis. The gravitas of this national - dare I even say, global - institution is immeasurable. This is not some trifling national team or some such nonsense. No. We mush show due respect and reverence to the Crusaders, as is befitting their illustrious standing.

Fifth anniversary of the mosque mass-shootings. First time I can recall it falling on a game night (defo the first time it's fallen on a Friday) so will be interesting to see how it's marked & which of the dignitaries (& politicians) in town for the commemoration turn up.

For all their endeavour the Hurricanes have a poor return on their efforts so far. Even the penalty goal would've left them a bit shortchanged.

And those CGI advertising "banners" over the stand were right diabolical.

Crusaders have done bloody well to hang on and fight their way back. Hasn't been pretty, but they look absolutely desperate not to go 0-4

Brett Cameron is sus. Hurricanes should go full France and play absolutely everything off Roigard.

Shanked kick aside, Hohepa has made a massive difference for the crusaders. They're looking much more in control than the last few weeks. Rest of the team look to be finding their feet as a result.

Crusaders spend 80 minutes trying desperately to prove they're still a threat only for a player with over 150 caps and ten years of service with the club to do the dumbest shit possible and undo it all. Must have seen all his mates on the sideline and decided he'd like a few weeks off too.
