Who are the 4 props ?Yeah somehow i dont think its the Brumbies fault they have excellent recruitment and player development.
Flook and Petaia also.Oh well. At least Lynagh looks like a decent prospect.
Took the word right out of my mouth. Pathetic.Embarrassing.
Daugunu did okay. So did Wilson and McReight.Flook and Petia also.
Flook has so much potential. I hope that he doesn’t start to lose confidence like some of these young guys do.Flook and Petaia also.
It has been a bit of a gamble so far. They need to be tighter here.I’m ok with these rules, but they just need to be officiated consistently.…
S.Cordingley@reds.com.auA few observations / questions - why is a NZ team finishing full of running in NQ when the Reds have had an off season in Qld summer and look out in their feet? Why is it Reds have front rowers on contracts that struggle in Prem rugby yet are expected to scrum against superior props in S Rugby??
Yes, Daugunu had a reasonably good game. Definitely one of his better recent performances, which is good to see as he has always had the potential. Hopefully this is the start of some good form.Daugunu did okay. So did Wilson and McReight.
And for me it’s frustrating that it has been allowed to happen.Reds props were always going to be cannon fodder. There is guys in this match that wouldn’t even make the wider squad of any of the other teams. Hookers are poor as well. Tupou has single handedly held that scrum up for years, hence why he’s consistently played 80mins.
Reds backline and backrow is as good as any, but the worst front 5 in the comp and it’s not a close contest in that regard with any other team.
Apparently North QLD is a League strongholdNot the greatest crowd. Or is it the sort of stadium that hides numbers?
It’s the first game to me that Petaia looked really comfortable for a long time. Despite the other issues in the team.Flook and Petaia also.
