when ever a post is edited, a notice automagically appears at the bottom of it.

so, anyone editing their post after the season starts will not have a lot of bragging rights if their predictions turn out to be true..

They are not a province so no. On that basis they will never play in it. The CC is inter-provincial.0 But the provinces in the region are part of the CC. SWD, Eastern Province etc.

We will likely see a promo/relegation system but possibly only after next year.
