What a day from the boys. SOK cleans up and then the Skipper leads from the front to put us in a strong position. I must be dreaming, surely.
It beggars belief Usman's been selected and dropped so many times when he's starting to show promise and/or form. SMarsh, surely, has now burnt too many bridges to given any more opportunities.
Bh is on the money: we can't, and mustn't, presume Kohli will be dismissed cheaply in the second innings. I'd back him to score a ton, if not a double. We need a lead of about 400 to put this match out of India's reach.

30 odd will have locked him in for the series. Probably seen as a specialist batsman now based on that performance.

Ideally one or maybe two of the other members of the top 7 would have gone on to make a half century, but if the 4 bowlers play as well as they did in the first season, it should be enough.

India need 440 to win, which you would think is a big ask. You always want to be setting the opposition the biggest score of the game to win and that's what we've done. Well played fellas.
