Suggestion!

Not against the suggestion - in fact I quite like it. My current viewing habit involves clicking on the "Show unread posts since last visit" link in the top right and that brings up all the new postings, regardless of what forum (or sub forum) they are in. I then pick and chose what I read primarily on the title of the thread, whether I have posted, or how bored I am!

Having a separate "Club Rugby" forum would then enable threads to be set up for each competition and, dare I say it, each club. May not get a lot of hits/visits but at least would be a definitive place to post (or look up) the latest news for that club.

it would put more traffic into the schoolboys section for sure, probably the best reason to put it there, wouldnt call it grassroots though, call it club and schoolboy

Also - I think that I'd like to put competitions on its own board. I have a new competition about to go and I don't want to clutter up the main board with so many stickied threads.

Any strong feelings about that one?

I think we should stickie the entire front page so for any newbies it looks like we are the most officiated site ever, or just completely boring.
