SR2023 R2 - Waratahs vs Drua - Saturday 4 March @ 7.35pm

Marce

John Hipwell (52)
1. Tom Lambert
3. Archer Holz
18. Daniel Botha

Me:
Do you watch Super Rugby? Tom Lambert led in carries against Brumbies. Archer Holz played for Australia A. The only new for me is Daniel Botha, a rookie from Shute Shield. By his surname I think he has South African heritage. I can't follow Shute Shield overseas, so other users are more prepared to talk about him

Daniel Botha finished high school in 2019 and was captain of rugby at Scots. He was selected for GPS 1st XV that year.

He plays with Sydney Uni and was the starting THP in the 2nd grade grand final (Sam Talakai was the starter in 1st grade).

On a side note does anyone know what happened to Darcy Breen? Is he playing elsewhere or is he still in Sydney and the Tahs have just moved on from him?

Has been a good first quarter. Gleeson deffs trying to stake his claim to the 8.

Pretty happy with the Tahs staying composed so far, unfortunate we havent converted more opportunities
