PB have the Lions finalised their squad?

I notice they recently signed Rory Kockett, there have been rumours that they were looking at signing John Smit, The Beast and Frans Steyn. Did any of this happen?

I heard that the Beast signed with the Lions even though he is currently contracted to the Sharks - is this true?

I have addressed this to Paarlbok but if anyone else knows I would be interested to hear.

Wazzup peeps.

The Beast has decided to stay with the Guppies.

Looks like Butch and Frans may only join in the middle of the year.

Another signing for the Lions is a Kiwi - James Kamana - from Tasman.

I don't expect a miracle this season, but I do believe the JM is installing a new culture with in this group. This is probably the youngest team in the comp, with the Elton Jantjies and Jaco Taute at 10 & 15.

The Lions are also playing and extra warm up game, after the mini 3N in CT, they will also face the Argies club champs, Tucuman. So any of the SA guys remember the battle of Tucuman where the Boks mostly boxed against Tucuman team in the early years?

Hello GMan, hope everything is well! Will; never forget the battle of Tucuman, the last time when the ref step aside to let the Bokke settlematters themself. The good old days.
