Right, so he was saying he never started onside. I heard the TMO say he was in an offside position when he picked up the ball, I guess that means he was offside from never being onside

Correct, he was offside because he never retreated behind the last feet. The ball was out though, so that part wasn’t the issue, he just needed to retreat to an onside position first.

15 professionals they said in the broadcast, but yeah they deserve respect they beat Fiji and are getting better every world cup
