After seeing the cap photo, I want to see a photo of Valetini with his Akubra on
It has been firmly held in his hands in all the photos I've seen

With my annoyance at seeing Donaldson in for Kellaway I never picked up on the fact that Faessler is back up hooker over Uelese. That is one positive!

Let's not forget that Eddie is the one who picked Pietsch because he can apparently play backrow and Kemeny because he can apparently play on the wing. This guy has a screw loose but it might just work as we will bamboozle everyone

tbf DP can play back row maybe not at test level but was a handy back rower at his level prior going to 7’s

I am just now old when I realised he left out the best scrummaging hooker we have against a side that their whole game is based around winning scums.

If that’s two tries I will be severely disappointed we let them in twice and could only manage 30 points. I want 40+ and <10 conceded.

Its the nature of the win. If they are comfortably managing the game and let in a few late points I won't give a shit. It's standard All Black shit we've been watching for decades.

But if it's neck and neck the whole game and we only just pull away at the end I'll be disappointed.

A lose would be historic. Do you just sack EJ (Eddie Jones) on the spot or? Would make McLennans captains call on EJ (Eddie Jones) the dumbest decision in RA history IMO.

If you did sack Eddie, who'd replace him at this short notice?

May as we withdraw from the RWC if he was sacked in the spot with all the disruption it would create.

So do I, but what I want and what I get are often two different things. I am expecting that we'll win with a margin around 12-15.

30+ for me, although my highly complex algorithm I devised to clean up the SuperBru tipping comp only says by 4.

The line is 22.5. Seems like Georgia are better than that.
Wallabies are currently 13-1 to get knocked out in the pools. Honestly i think thats pretty good odds given that theyve not won a game this year... its not crazy to think they could lose to fiji and wales

Goal kicking does win test matches, particularly tight ones. These days there are usually none tighter or more under pressure than World Cup knock out games(assuming we get that far). Choosing a squad without a single established test kicker is just………..I don’t fucking know, but whatever it is, it is neither smart or part of a genius plan. Not in the real rugby world anyway.
Selecting Donaldson and discarding Kellaway completely in order to back up your mediocre goal kicker makes even less sense. If you are not kicking goals then at least look to win in increments of 5 against the likes of Georgia.

It’s only Georgia I hear some shout. Well, we are 0-5 and Georgia are no longer the easy beats of the past. We need a good win.

If your 10 necessitates picking Ben Donaldson at 15, maybe you should have just picked a #10 that can kick? I'd rather have Quade+Kellaway than Gordon+Donaldson. Sorry Gordon, but a 10 that can't kick is like a prop that can't scrummage.

It's too bad there isn't another kicker in the squad that's actually good enough to warrant a spot in the XV.
