My prediction is that the Super Rugby competition will be more even in 2012... A few of the test player laden teams will suffer around the international period as injury prevention and forced rest measures are implemented..

Damn I got confused. I'm sure I've fixed it now. You're right Quad nations does sound very bogun/league like - showing my heritage there & not in a good way.

Inside Shoulder, my prediction of Aus v Scots as a tight game is probably more in the 'hope' category than 'prediction' category as the game will be in Newie & I'll be there to watch it so I'm hoping for a good contest. That being said if we continue the yo-yo form we had in 2011 & the Scots bring their A game then I think its quite a reasonable prediction.

Oh yeah & as for winning the big comps but losing to the Scots that really does sound very Wallaby-like (if going by the yo-yo form as I say). I've seen a few teams do really well but have a shocker out of no where for just one game so maybe that will be the Scots.

In all seriousness, I think we can predict that the All Blacks will win the Four Nations, the Bledisloe and the World No 1 spot in 2012.

The Highlanders will win the Super 15.

The Force will win more close ones and make the semi-finals.

The Highlanders were found out in the end of 2011. I reckon they picked up a lot of their early season wins from taking sides by surprise. They are a good squad but they will be lucky to make the finals.
