Voted by over 100000 people apparently.

1. Benn Robinson
2. Phil Kearns
3. Ewen McKenzie
4. Nathan Sharpe
5. John Eales
6. Simon Poidevin
7. George Smith
8. Toutai Kefu
9. Nick Farr-Jones
10. Stephen Larkham
11. Joe Roff
12. Tim Horan
13. Stirling Mortlock
14. David Campese
15. Matt Burke

I think I only voted for two of these positions but generally I think people have voted well.

I refused to enter because I disliked the idea that players could only be selected in specified positions. Ben Tune, as a prime example, was competing for Campo for a single wing spot, when frankly either of them could have played on either wing.

Campo played fullback for Australia, for crying out aloud.

The unluckiest player to miss out is Tim Gavin. Come to think of it, he is probably the unluckiest Wallaby of all time when it comes to strategically bad injuries.

Another afterthought - I would pick Willie O ahead of Poidevin any day of the week. An All Tonga backrow of Willie O, George Smith, and Toutai Kefu would be something to behold.

The only ones I would question would be Benn Robinson, Nathan Sharpe in the tighthead lock position and Stirling Mortlock over Little or Herbert (though all three were fantastic I would suggest that the fact Mortlock was the most recent may have tipped the scales in his favour).

He was a much better winger. Nowhere near as good as Burke or even Latham at fullback I'd have said.

I agree with that, however the point I was making was that he could have played equally comfortably on either the left or the right wing.

Even though he wouldn't have won they didn't include Stephen Moore in the shortlist for hooker.

Yet they had TPN.

Dumb dumb dumb dumb.

That list has zero credibility, just like their massively incompetent, amazingly clueless fuckwit "journalists". They had Rod McCall as a #5 lock, Tony Daly as a tighthead prop, Stephen Moore not even a nominee for hooker. I mean seriously, how fucking hard is it ?

Take their point of view. Why should we bother? It's only rugby union...
