His leg clearly comes through the middle and plants in the centre of the ruck with his foot pointing square down field. He then lifts his foot again and kicks it square. It was fine

Anyone else think Horne was looking at himself on the big screen before he scored that try and stepped when he saw Kings 14 lunge from behind?

Incorrect. It was fair play. He kicked the ball out of the ruck when he was onside and coming through the gate. No issue. Happened like 5 times in the brumbies canes game. It always happens. If he came around the side and kicked it fair enough. But he certainly didn't

Leg should always go over the tackled player, never around the tackled player.

Happy for that to be paid in every game I ever watch, regardless if it costs Box Hill, Glasgow, the Rebels, the Rising or Scotland the game.

I thought he was in the side, so penalty is fair, but it seems the Hoff missed that and called a made up one. A bit random.

Kafer is half wit, Hanigan unbound himself from the ruck prior to kicking, was offside and in the side.

Absolutely awful game.

To be consider part of a ruck you need to be bound with the arm and shoulder in contact. When he kicked it he was not bound.

I thought he was in the side, so penalty is fair, but it seems the Hoff missed that and called a made up one. A bit random.

I also feel that Hoff wanted to card someone. He had warned them one more penalty and they'll get yellow, but the next penalty was a softish one on Hooper and he showed he didn't want to card for a semi high tackle, so went hard on Hanigan.

He was bound. Issue for me is whether he entered originally correctly.
