Round 5: Brumbies v Moana Pasifika. Fri 7.35PM AEDT @ GIO Stadium

Wilson

Nick Farr-Jones (63)
Defence has been better this half from the Brumbies, but it also probably wouldn't matter. They've got Moana well and truly cooked at this point

Two blowout games is kinda lame. Bit of a return to norm from the magic round or whatever its called.

The match ups this round don't look particularly kind on the neutral viewer. Only the tahs v Drua looks likely to be particularly close.

Awesome to see Bobby V responding to Wilson’s form and having his best game of the year.
You didn't watch last week? He is nearly Australia's most consistent player. You would need the world's strongest maroon coloured glasses to suggest Wilson is even close to being in front of him.

The question of whether or not/how they could possibly fit together is interesting though.

Great win by the Brumbies, impressive performances across the park...

Bout time we put to a game together, bring on the Reds..

Mate I bleed red and Wilson is not even close to bobby v. Giteau is still a bastage for kicking the 3 to fuck the reds.

There's not even a set of EnChroma glasses that anyone wears that would be able to justify Wilson over bobby v.

It was a good game for the Brumbies, but I also don't feel that Monana were where they needed to be. Toole provides such a point of difference for this team and while it wasn't a Toole show tonight, he still was pivotal in the creation of a number of those opportunities.
